Let me start by saying how easy it was to figure out how to use it without instructions. Its my 2nd posture corrector and but this Vokokoya supports my waist, totally worth the price. I rock XL so I didn't bother using their size guide, and it's a tight fit but not enough to use the extension. Honestly it's top quality, the design is flawless and it's helped with my posture without a doubt.

I purchased this because I have spinal issues, needed support, and wanted to relieve pain. It is much more stable or supportive than my last one. It is easy to get on and off. It helps me to sit, walk, and bend in a correct position. It also helps make me more aware of how I move. The down side is that it still pinches under my arms. Also, the size is important. If you are heavier, be sure to measure your size.

I have hypnic jerks and grind my teeth when I sleep, so my shoulders tense up overnight, every night. It gets pretty painful. I also have bad posture due to a poor computer set up for work. This posture corrector helps stretch out my shoulders in the morning when I wake up after a long night. It’s completely changed my life. It’s a fast way to ease up my muscle tension. Hurt my back at work, and needed the extra support. After I went back to work the brace helped with the pain, and it kept my back straight as I lifted. Very light weight. Easy to put under my hoodie at work. You can’t even tell I am wearing it. Would definitely buy again.

For context I hurt my back in a car accident a few years back, compression fractures, and although it’s healed, I still get pain in my upper and lower back mostly due to work. I work in radiology and wear a lead apron for hours on end while scrubbed in to procedures. My shoulders feel rolled forward and it seemed like I was actually leaning forward when I walked due to the pain. My coworker purchased this first and she seemed to like it so I bought one too.
It’s pretty easy to put on. Sometimes I have to look for a strap though. It feels nice to have my shoulders pulled back and my back straightened The only thing I don’t care for is when I tighten the shoulder straps the body part rides up and isn’t around my lower abd anymore. All in all I like the support it gives my back and shoulders and would purchase it again.
