This gate is truly awesome. I use it for my closet entry so my curious puppy won't get into anything in there. I like that it has the handle to keep the gate centered when removing it. The instructions were easy to follow. Took away one start because the pull back is so strong and fast! But I manage that but holding it tight, and locking the gate before it rolls all the way back. The price was fair and I think better than most gates out there, that just don't seem to hold out.

Effortless install and it really works well and operates nicely.

We have a Butler’s pantry that has no door on it. I have a dog that likes to go in there and take chips off shelves and getting to things so I found this is an easier solution versus installing a full solid door.

I've been using this a couple months and I'm very happy with this product. The instructions are a bit confusing in broken English, but it's easy enough to figure out. You can easily pull it open and closed with 1 hand and I haven't had any problems with it rolling back up when closing.

I could not be happier with my purchase of this baby gate! My senior, 7 lb Maltese recently fell all the way down my indoor stairs and I can still see it happening in slow motion every time I close my eyes. It was heartbreaking to watch! Thankfully she was not badly injured!! But I was determined to find a solution to my problem bc I could not let this happen again. I wanted a more attractive and effective solution than just barricading the top of the stairs. My gate arrived promptly after ordering. I installed the baby gate in about 15-20 minutes, including the time to read the instructions, and it works perfectly! Bc she is a small dog she is not able to push thru, over, or under the gate when it’s engaged. I feel confident that as long as it’s locked in this position she will be safe from any future tumbles down the stairs and I could not be more thankful and relieved. The gate is sturdy, very easy to install with an electric screwdriver, and I would highly recommend it! Well worth the price also!

Easy to use and easy to install.

I love how this is out of the way when not in use. You don’t have this big gate to climb over. You simply release the tension button and it rolls right up. Hardy noticeable when rolled up. I like how I have gate handy when I need it but don't have to take it down when not in use like a regular gate. It’s sturdy enough to contain my 55lb dog.

Pretty darn sturdy. Have a very hormonal special needs (one winged) Blue & Gold Macaw Fid (feathered kid) who fanatically searches for dark places to nest. This gate works great as a barrier to off limit rooms. Would be great for small dogs too. The lock feature is easy to use & provides me with a great deal of peace of mind for her safety. Looks much better than most child gates.

Bought it to keep a small dog on hard surfaces in the house instead of carpet while being trained to use the outside facilities. Think it’s going to work fine for this labradoodle. we have it extended 70 inches

This gate has been amazing. It still keeps my little off the stairs and functions perfectly over a year later. Trust me… she had hung on this thing. Take the time to install it properly and it will last!

This is exactly what I needed to keep my two huge and very hairy dogs out of this room. It is surprisingly sturdy, looks great, is easy to clean, is easily locked and unlocked, and the installation process is incredibly easy (honestly, props to the team that designed this!). This is an extremely well thought out and well-made product.

I bought multiple baby gates that have ended up being absolutely useless purchase this easy to slide out when needed and slide back. We’re not needed very sleek, looking very functional easy to install “does require holes in wall” would recommend if you have a opening that this will fit in works for small kids and pets

I received my retractable gate today and had it installed in about 10 minutes. Really easy to install, just follow the directions. I have several tall Midwest pet metal gates for the absolute NO-GO areas for dogs, but needed something that wasn’t so “always in your face” to occasionally block off the kitchen area when cooking or eating. This fit the bill! Perfect height for my needs, width is good, and the screws provided were long enough to get a good bite into my walls without the provided anchors (hit wood). My 2 Aussies could probably jump the 33” height if no one was watching, but wouldn’t dare if there are witnesses lol. This is perfect for the hour or so a day I need to keep them from making bad choices in the human food area. Operation is straight forward, just remember to release the lock before yanking on it and then lock it when in use to eliminate slack and the temptation to push on it!
